This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities.

For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. 

Please read the product description carefully before placing an order as everything is made-to-order and cannot be exchanged.

Nevertheless, if your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo and request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item to our support team. On approval of the same, the product will be picked up from the shipping address and we'll follow up accordingly.
